Maybe a silly question, but...

I'm running SuSE 8.2. If I've installed the kernel sources via Yast2, what
happens when SuSE ships me an updated kernel via YOU? Obviously, I need to
get the patches they installed. Are these sent as part of the update process,
do I get them manually somewhere else, or is it something else?
