Sounds like /usr/bin/X11R6/bin/comanche is a script written in some tcl
dialect (itcl ??). The first action of the script is to call the interpreter.
You will find a line like

at the top of the script. The fact that it doesn't find the interpreter can
mean two things :
- It is not installed
--> install it (should be on the CDs)
- It is installed in a different location
--> modify the top line of the script such that it points to the right
location or create a link from /usr/bin/tkwish to the right location (maybe
better, other executables in the comanche package might look for itkwish in
the same place.

If you got the program from the SuSE CDs, inform them on feedback@xxxxxxx, so
they can fix it.

Have a good day,
