Hi for information,
the problem was in the etc/fstab:
Before
/dev/cdrecorder /media/cdrecorder auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0 0
/dev/cdrom /media/cdrom auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0 0
After
/dev/sr0 /media/cdrecorder auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0 0
/dev/sr1 /media/cdrom auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0 0

Strange because that was with the original installation of SuSE 7.2.
