I had trouble getting xinetd to do what I wanted on SuSe 7.0. Not
really sure why, because it worked pretty good on Red Hat 7.0.

Subject: [SLE] inetd or xinetd

Greetings
I'm running Suse 7.1 professional
as ya all know, the default is inetd, maybe i miss understood it, but I
think xinetd is better since I can control number of connections to specific
services (like ftp)

should I change to xinetd instead? is it possible?

thanks
