Interesting fact - thanks for reporting.

I really wonder what they are doing? Mgetty is not broken by itself, but
this is the second vendor that manages to a) ship a very old version
(1.1.22 is nearly a year old and has known security issues) and b) manages
to break something that has been working "out of the box" on Linux since
ever.

Anybody having good connections inside SuSE that could be used for some
head banging?
