There are procmail-defined shortcuts that capture many of the cases
you've done manually in your regexps.

I find TO_ most useful:

* ^TO_random-maillist
is the same as
* (^((Original-)?(Resent-)?(To|Cc|Bcc)|(X-Envelope|Apparently(-Resent)?)-To):(.*[^-a-zA-Z0-9_.])?)random-maillist

which is pretty exhaustive and will keep you from hunting down corner
cases.

In case no one has pointed you at it, or you haven't found it
yourself, man procmailrc is a good read.
