You have a solution. Write a telnet e-mail as usual,
filling To:< , From:< , etc.
When you arrive to "Subject:" write:
REPLY person@xxxxxxxx
CONNECT internet.address.where.the.file.is.stored (I
mean the server)
BINARY
GET path/where/the/file/is/stored/nome.file
QUIT (to close the e-mail)

Those commands should get the file and send it to the
person you want
