The package bluez-firmware installs its files in /lib/firmware - however, that
doesn't work with the BCM2033 kernel driver, which expects to find its firmware
in /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware.

Creating a symbolic link from the former to the latter makes the driver work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Plugin a Bluetooth device using the BCM2033 chipset
2.Notice that nothing happens and the syslog complains that it cannot find the
