Willst jemand ersthaft nochmal[1] versuchen, auf Englisch[2] über deutsches Recht (inklusive über in Deutschland geltendes EU-europäisches Recht zur Frage der Anwendung deutschen oder eines ausländischen Rechtes) und deutsche Formulierungen und insbesondere über das Problem der zu weit gehenden Haftungsfreistellungen diskutieren bzw. dies umformulieren? Dann wünsche ich allen viel Erfolg! Vielleicht kannst man auch gleich mal 'diskutieren' wie mit Verstößen gegen die noch immer benutzte, aber offenbar nicht 'gelesene' Lizenz (GFDL) umzugehen ist. Sagt bitte hier auf der Liste oder per Email Bescheid, wenn das Impressum und die AGB fertig sind. Danke.
