How to seed OpenSUSE-10.1-alpha1 torrent?
Hello, I have downloaded the iso images from Germany and would now like to seed the for the torrent http://ftp.opensuse.org/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS-RC1/SUSE-10.0-... How can I do this? I tried copying my iso files into the ktorrent cache directory, but ktorrent appears to not check whether the cache files are further along than they were when torrent last ran. Thanks, Miles

I am not familiar with ktorrent but with the command line client you could just place the images into a directory called "iso" and place the torrent file into the directory that contains the "iso" directory as well. Finally just start "btdownloadcurses SUSE-10.0-CD-OSS-i386-RC1.torrent" from the very same directory. The same method works with Azureus. Create the "iso" directory, copy the image files into it and start the torrent. Azureus will then check the images and, as long as the md5sums are correct, it will move the torrent from the download queue to the seeding queue.
