Has been released an hour ago, so it should be on the mirrors soon.
I just installed the update, however something seems a bit off:
% ll /usr/lib/jvm |egrep '1.6' lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 32 2009-01-11 11:52 java-1.6.0 -> /etc/alternatives/java_sdk_1.6.0/ lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 20 2009-02-16 07:08 java-1.6.0-sun -> java-1.6.0-sun-1.6.0/ drwxr-xr-x 6 root root 64 2009-02-16 07:08 java-1.6.0-sun-1.6.0/ drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 16 2009-02-05 15:02 java-1.6.0-sun-1.6.0.u11/ lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 27 2009-01-11 11:49 jre-1.6.0 -> /etc/alternatives/jre_1.6.0/ lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 2009-02-16 07:07 jre-1.6.0-sun -> java-1.6.0-sun-1.6.0/jre/
% type -a java java is /usr/bin/java java is /usr/bin/X11/java
% java -version java version "1.6.0_12" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_12-b04) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 11.2-b01, mixed mode)
So the question is, why is there a discrepancy between the directory names, which mention u11 and the version that's running, apparently version u12?
Is there stuff anymore in java-1.6.0-sun-1.6.0.u11/ , or is it empty? Ciao, Marcus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
