I continue to have various, and considerable problems with the PulseAudio Implementation. So much so I'm either going to have to return to 10.3, or remove it.
First, please file the issues you are having.
What are my options?
You can return to esound.
zypper install -n esound should do the trick.

I'm going to spend a few hours at try to get uninstall pulseaudio again.
My last night attempts yielded a system with no sound at all.
My concern is how much of the gnome software is expecting the pulseaudio
support, even when it doesn't list pulseaudio as a dependency.
I'll tell you how it goes....
