There is already an opensuse-amd64 list; presumably all the suse/opensuse lists follow the same convention for the subject line -- all the suse lists I currently subscribe to do. If/when Henne is ready to migrate your current list, I assume that a) he will make the appropriate announcement, b) it will be done in a manner that is transparent to anyone currently filtering on the X-MailingList header, and c) if your particular filters don't keep working, you will notice as soon as the change is made, allowing you to modify your filters appropriately and run them against your (now clogged) inbox. All said, you are probably better off filtering on the X-MailingList header rather than the subject line. The subject line modifications might not be cast in concrete, but the other is. As always, mileage varies.
