Recently I upgraded to SuSE's most recent xFree86 packages. After the upgrade regular users could no longer log in (to an x-session) via kdm. I created a work around by adding all of my users to the root group (home machine) obviously not a good solution.
Whats the right method, I'm guessing it has to do w/ permissions but where should I look to find the answer?
Check /etc/opt/kde3/share/config/kdm/kdmrc. -- Joe & Sesil Morris New Tribes Mission Email Address: Joe_Morris@ntm.org Web Address: http://www.mydestiny.net/~joe_morris Registered Linux user 231871 God said, I AM that I AM. I say, by the grace God, I am what I am.
