Joliet is the Microsoft extension to ISO 9660 filesystem. You can find everything you need on the subject at this URL: http://www-plateau.cs.berkeley.edu/people/chaffee/joliet.html
Linux Joliet CDROM Support (Translated!!, je je..)
Disk is used. Of course a spellchecker will accept the disc simply because such a word exists.
