When you boot the DVD and you see the installation menu, look down at the bottom of the screen and you can see some F key options One of them is F3 for "Other Options". Press F3 and then you'll see some new F key options show up including a choice for 64 or 32 bit (I think it's F6 you'll need next).

Thanks, But i have only 'F1 help, F2 language, F3 Text(Vesa,...) F4 DVD(NFS,...) F5 Driver' . There is no 'Other Options' (at least for me). I feel rather stupid to post such a question after many many installations of SuSE (since 6.2) Regards Zvone Z.
