the point appears not to be the degree of difficulty, but the lack of effort, ie: no effort.
If a person is not going to try to search, difficulty is irrelevant.

Yes but in a forum at least you can answer a common question with a link to the part where those question have been answer in the forum. Probably you can say that we can do the same here, but you don´t see many links in the answers, do you ?? at least not pointing to the list, maybe that's because is a little more difficult to do, so the normal answers is: " We talk about that before just search the mail ", which is stupid if the question come from a new user. -- Marcel Mourguiart
