Then I have simply used dd with the less options: dd if=/dev/sdX of=/dev/sdZ with the Z disk in an esata dock. and: * 8 hours for the 1Tb copy, with high io (iotop 80M/s read, 40M/s wrtie) * exact copy at this moment O noticed none of the drives could boot windows without the help of the main ssd drive.
