I get ln: /dev/ttyACM0: File exists. Seems like every suggestion runs into a blank wall. This worked when I done it with /dev/usb/ttyACM0, but KPPP still did not work. Could not open /dev/ttyACM0. I know /dev/ttyACM0 is correct because I can use kinternet and dial, but only get 64k connection, not 128k connection. Have a netgear rt338 ethernet ISDN modem router ordered. Sorry I can't add anymore Art. By the way what Suse version are you using ? If /dev/modem is now appearing in kppp, then you need to link it to /dev/ttyACM0. If /dev/modem is not on your system (earlier post) then you need to create it. You need to research mknod. Brian Marr

I have given up on getting KPPP or Kinternet to work properly with the US Robotics ISDN TA usb adapter. It works great in Win2k but not in SuSE Linux. Does anyone know of an ISDN terminal adapter that will connect to ethernet router that is available here in the US that is National ISDN-1 or DMS100 compatible? Seem like everyone quite making them.
