I also have a need to run MS windows for a couple of apps. What I did was get a copy of the install media from MS (possible if you have a license). I then used that to install in VB using the license code from the sticker on the laptop. I still run on the same hardware so no license issues involved.
Ok, how do you do that? Do you just call Microsoft and ask them to mail the install media to you and tell them your license code number over the phone? Or is there a way to do that over the internet? That would be very useful.
