I could not get my rt2500 compatible wlan card detected by SUSE10 release version plus that it failed to install GRUB or LILO, so I switched to the development version (alpha3). This one does install correctly, but still the wlan card is not detected. It should be precompiled in the kernel, so it should work anyway. When I had installed Ubuntu 5.10 it did see the card immediately (just had to activate it) so I am sure that the card is correctly plugged in the PCI port (port 4 in my case). Any ideas?
