I find your attiude and tone offensive and demeaning. Your action item item was to disuss/document the current situation and verify whether others are seeing the problem.
I think what was meant is that if you see a problem, you shouldn't wait for the discussion to happen somehow, but start it yourself. Which you now did. Thanks ;-)

That's not quite true - it was clearly stated that there are problems. We're working on improving the situation for North America a little bit by possibly getting help from ftp.novell.com (this is work in progress only for now!).
