Evolution can export its calendar to be put up on the web, not entirely sure what type of format it is. Presumably Evolution can also import files of this kind. Network HotSync is possible to do, so you'd only really have to figure out how to do the merging of meetings etc into Evolution. I am sure there will be stumbling blocks along the way, but nothing that should prevent the solution from being viable.
I would love to propose a linux based solution to this.
Without doing research on this, I can not be certain, but from what I
know already, it should be possible.
