I am trying to play a DVD but I keep getting a message from Kaffeine:
The Source could not be read. Maybe you don't have enough rights for this, or source doesn't contain data (e.g. no disk in drive) (error reading NAV packet)
Tried a couple of DVDs and getting the same :(
Sean
i've had that error before and it was because of copy protection.
Ahh ok, maybe I will just copy the DVD and see if that works
Sean
If it is copy protection how are you going to copy it? You need to install libdvdcss in order to read/playback encrypted DVDs.
Downlaoded and installed it and hey presto can view my DVD's :) Thanks for the tip Sean -- ICQ: 679813 FidoNet: 2:263/950 Jabber: tcob1@jabber.org AOL: tcobone Vodafone Messenger: thecivvie
