Trey, Do you get sound when you do the test for the card in Control Center? You might want to remove the card from your settings and let YaST2 reconfigure it to do your testing. That card should work very nicely with your SuSE. Make sure not only that your mixer is not muted, but the volumes are turned up too. What sound are you not getting?
