No, you got it wrong somehow: the list server doesn't set the "Reply-To" field to anything, it is left alone. If you see a reply-to it was set by the original sender of the email (like Bryen does). There is a header in list mail like this: List-Post: mailto:opensuse@opensuse.org that is used by some programs to activate the "reply to list" command.
