You can find instructions for adding lilo to the Win2K bootloader here http://www.littlewhitedog.com/reviews_other_00011.asp This was using Mandrake 7.1 but it works the same witn SuSe.
SuSe does not include Grub. You can find info and even download it from here http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/
I saw the post from Gary. The prcedures to which he referred will not work if you are using the Win2K bootloader. They work only if you are booting directly to Win2K. To have any hope of restoring the Win2K bootloader you must run the installation cd in Rescue mode, have available a Win2K rsecue floppy you created after installation and you must have installed using NTFS.

Thank's for the info. I've downloaded the GRUB thing and I'm considering using it, sounds like a safe choice when running W2 as it doesn't run from the MBR. But I find the documentation very poor of useful info, the tarball doesn't include one word of info on installing for example. The version I downloaded is 0.5.96.
