I use openSuSE, and like GNOME, Many packages in the official released DVD I dunnt need(Like KDE3.5 AND KDE 4, they r too big for the small DVD), and I have to add some special Drivers or software(some r in the official repo and some not). Burn a custom DVD is possible (Not easy for a beginner like me). But can it be a choice as official service ? Or can it be reached with jigdo or someth. else ?
I really don't understand what you want. As you mention, you can already buy a DVD. In addition, some magazines include a DVD. But you seem to want a DVD with less on it??? If you don't want something, don't install it. How is someone else supposed to know what to take out off the DVD and why would they bother? -- Use OpenOffice.org http://www.openoffice.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
