I think that on tumbleweed you need to set packman to a lower priority number, and use "zypper dup". The problem is that packages come and go, and some need to be deleted. With "dup", you essentially "duplicate" the repository, so that packagers do not have to carefully care for all the dependencies all the time. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
