Tolerance is necessary, no essential; the Internet is a global community that
should not discriminate against age, gender, ethnic origin or religion. It's
totally unacceptable to criticise someone (whether English is their language
or not) because of their grammar.
If you don't understand something _and_ want to be helpful ask a question to
gain clarity.
