There is no button that says 'Apply' but there is one that says 'Save'. I do click it then click 'OK' but no change. sorry :( This came from my Windows days where almost evrything regarding settings had an 'Apply' button.
BTW, what is 'US Letter' (8 1/2 x 11), as in A4, 5, 6? I can't find any letters like that on my packages of paper. Just wondering which one it is. None of the ones you mentioned. The format of US letter should be there in the listing of what papers your printer uses. It might however be listed as 'letter'.
Failing that choose the custom paper option and input the sizes of the US Letter. Just make sure that after configuring the size that the printer knows that it must use the paper type and size specified under Custom ie reopen the printer properties and check what paper size is highlighted/selected.
Thanks Russ Hope you come right,
