There is no button that says 'Apply' but there is one that says 'Save'. I do click it then click 'OK' but no change. BTW, what is 'US Letter' (8 1/2 x 11), as in A4, 5, 6? I can't find any letters like that on my packages of paper. Just wondering which one it is. Thanks Russ Hylton Conacher (ZR1HPC) wrote:

Hi All,
I am trying to configure my Epson Stylus CX5400 (as a Stylus C82) in PrintManager. The colors and what not are great, but the borders are way out of whack. I change the settings I think should be changed but the test page always prints the same. I even tried to change everything while logged in as root. No diff. Any ideas?
Thanks Russ
Apply the changes and then press OK.

It's paper size, see http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/iso-paper.html. If you measure distance in inches and volume in gallons then you probably use the US Letter size. -- A.M.

The format of US letter should be there in the listing of what papers your printer uses. It might however be listed as 'letter'.
Failing that choose the custom paper option and input the sizes of the US Letter. Just make sure that after configuring the size that the printer knows that it must use the paper type and size specified under Custom ie reopen the printer properties and check what paper size is highlighted/selected.
Thanks Russ Hope you come right,
