No. SCPM is taking care of only those services and files that are defined in one of the resource groups.
You will have to call the "Export" dialogue from the YaST2 profile manager
I meant to write "expert" - but that would have been wrong as well. You have to go to "options" and then to "configure resources".
Note: I'm talking about the YaST2 from 9.0. The profile manager module has changed quite a bit from 8.2 -> 9.0.
