Don't leave because someone misrepresented the list. You should stay, there's plenty to learn from this list. Joseph Smith www.javacard.info On Wed, 2005-09-07 at 16:15 -0500, Langsley wrote:

I consider this to be a fairly low traffic list compared to some others I am on ;) after all it is a list for developers.
I do agree that we need a list like opensuse-users, which would probably be more suitable to yourself. Currently we have not enough lists.
I had no idea that this list was intended for developers only The description on the opensusa.org site says:
"openSUSE Project Mailing Lists The following mailing lists pertain to the openSUSE project, its roadmap and issues related to the community.
opensuse for general discussions about the openSUSE project.
opensuse-announce is a read-only list for announcements concerning the openSUSE project.
opensuse-optimize is a project that cares for optimizing openSUSE.
That description, "opensuse for general discussions about the openSUSE project."clearly says nothing about being for developers only.
In light of this new information, I apologize for my earlier post Re: Home on its own partition. Obviously I am not one of the developers, so I will but out.
Please accept my apologies. Thanks.
