I seem to have ran into a problem after upgrading to 11.1, after using the DVD drive on my laptop both k3b and kde4-k3b is saying that I don't have a CD/DVD drive installed. I have pulled this from my hardware info if it helps:

Obviously the system sees it because it is listed as /dev/sr0, but if I even try and add the drive manually to both versions of k3b it says that there is not such device as /dev/sr0.
As k3b is a wrapper for wodim try wodim --devices as root and see what you get. - -- ============================================================================== I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
