To my experience this e-mail list is much more effective than SuSEs so called 'support' which seems to be very limited. !@#$ that, who is always saying to back up? (tech suppt is) And anyway the SuSE install cd does not even boot when the tape dr is hooked to the machine, which sounds like a suppt issue to me)
