Success plus a simple question, I hope. How does one specify the darkness of text? I use the following commands for printing:
setenv PRINTER Canon-MF731C-733C-UFR-II print: aliased to enscript -G -R -Z -q -L 80 -DDuplex:true -c -C -fCourier7 -P"$PRINTER -h"
I simply do "lpr file"
If I use the Canon utility the contrast is much greater. Is it as simple as selecting a different font?
sudo rpm -ivh cndrvcups-utility-1.10-1.x86_64.rpm sudo cp /usr/local/bin/cn* /usr1/local/bin/ ; I do not use usr local since it is in the root partition. sudo /usr1/local/bin/cnsetuputil a window appears to select device
It should be "/usr/local/bin/cnsetuputil", it might bite you later. If you want /usr/local/bin not to be in root partition, then create such partition, or symlink one, or mount bind another. - -- Cheers, Carlos E. R.
