Hello, sorry for dumb question, I dwlded and burned SuSE eval 6.3 iso. Now I have a nice 6.3whatever.iso file worth a somewhat 600M.
What are the steps for updating the .iso file? I tried with YaST, but with no luck.
Once the iso has been burned you need to make sure your computer has boot from CDROM set in bios. Then drop the CDROM in the drive and reboot the machine. If the burn process worked the CDROM should boot and put you into either Yast or Yast to allow an install or upgrade. That should be it. The most important part of the process is making the CD and insuring that the burn software allows it to be made bootable.
