I have lots of cool tools I use in NT that just aren't available to me in Unix/Linux.
Could you name just one or two? Are these MS-provided tools, or something else?
BackOrifice and Netbus?
Hmmm. I think there is a BO client for Linux... not that I use it.
I presume the Back Orifice referred to here is a sarcastic reference to Back Office, not the cracking trojan. Last I looked, the BO trojan was impossible on any *nix. I don't know about Back Office.
The *server* is supposedly impossible on *nix, although I believe there are people working on it... However there is definitely a *nix *client* available, i.e. you can control Win computers from Linux.
Hope that's cleared up ;-) Chris -- __ _ -o)/ / (_)__ __ ____ __ Chris Reeves /\\ /__/ / _ \/ // /\ \/ / ICQ# 22219005 _\_v __/_/_//_/\_,_/ /_/\_\

You just keep you *nix hard drive away from my Back Orifice and we'll all be happy. ;-) -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
