Tried that but didn't work. Here is another error I get when reading the TOC.
Failed to mount DVD at /media/dvdram (mount: only root can mount /dev/dvdram on /media/dvdram
Is this in 9.3? dvd::rip isn't really compatible with the new system of mounting discs. You have to trick it (or disable the new system, see the other thread for instructions on how to do that). When you insert the video DVD it will get its very own mount point in /media in the new system. Find out what that's called for the DVD you want to rip, and put that in the configuration as the disc mount point. Then the program will see your disc. Not really a solution, more of a workaround. I guess the real solution would be to make dvd::rip understand hal/udev and how to look for DVD devices and their mount points
