Yes, if it's implemented then we get yell at people who think 128 character lines are OK ;) I have lots of ideas for something like this (my Gnus killfiles did this when I used to read usenet). We can block: o known-to-be-bad email clients o people who use the "Jeopardy" style of follow-ups (i.e., the original text is pasted below the message and gives the effect of having the answer come before the question) o messages with high quoting ratios (i.e., the amount of old, quoted text divided by the amount of new text) o people who post a new question, with different subject, as a reply to a previous post. This is absolutely maddening to anyone who reads the list with a modern, i.e. threaded, mail reader. Only then people be forced to resort to flames for usual stuff (poor message formatting, asking questions without sufficient information or research, off topic stuff, etc.). Maybe we can even get down to 50 messages/day! -- -ckm
