I agree. SuSE is hands down the best distro- IMHO, mostly due to ReiserFS / LVM suppt, usb and yast (which is mostly good). (just waiting ofr PPC reiser and LVM. C'mon, guys) I would have been satisfied with the inst. suppt if they'd just bothered to explain the core dump or tell me to use the ide-scsi module. Being entirely ignored was discouraging. !@#$ that, who is always saying to back up? (tech suppt is) And anyway the SuSE install cd does not even boot when the tape dr is hooked to the machine, which sounds like a suppt issue to me)
