This site is linked from Conexant. If the rpm doesn't work, dwld the generic source and install it.

You must build it from source and load the module and you have your conexant modem working! However, currently I am at work, and I have the conexant modem at home :-( I will find it out and mail OR the link, OR the source (because I think I have this at home).

I have the same piece of hardware but I am unable to do the same myself. The Modem simply does not have a driver in Linux. Not even from DLink's official website.
