I've installed compiz-fusion for nvidia just as in 'http://en.opensuse.org/Compiz_Fusion'
Using the compiz-fusion-icon compiz would not start correct.
When I start compiz by hand as user I get the following error.

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/XGL/openSUSE_10.3/compiz-mana...
Cheers
-J I set back the imagebackup of my OS so there was no trace anymore of compiz. Then I did the installation with the supplied above. The result was exactly the same error.

Look in /usr/lib (32bit) /usr/lib64/ (64 bit) and remove libIndirectGL.so.1.
Then it will use the nvidia version.
Don't remove the libIndirectGL.so.1 !!! Start compiz with "compiz --replace --no-libgl-fallback ccp & ". Read the discussion on https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=338947#c1 Now it looks that most things work fine.
