Hm. Interesting. This is not what we see from the Bios tables here, but again, there could be an additional crossbar after the output that connects one of the TMDS-like connectors to different encoders. Nothing we know of yet, though.
I think I need to try that under Windows just to make sure it is correct. Unfortunately I have to install it before I can try... :(

Another interesting link is here: http://www.digit-life.com/articles2/mainboard/roundup-690g-sep2k7-page2.html It says that the Asus M2A-VM HDMI is different compared to other RS690 boards by allowing simultaneous digital output.
Ok - maybe the BIOS on this board just doesn't reflect this fact
correctly. If you could check both outputs independently whether they
work, we could verify this thesis.
