... and that should be place that one doesn't need to subscribe to get notice, just link that can be checked at will. Something like recent changes page on the wiki. For those that want to be in the loop, still without real subscription there are https://hermes.opensuse.org/feeds .
Some people asking about this problem didn't know the repo had migrated. They thought suse was down, or their installation was broken, and asked for help. It should be YaST itself who should discover the info.
