Ok, I got the script to work using the inst32 file from the install DVD. However, the system hangs up and refuses to boot. It stops at the first screen that says:
No entry about SCSI? When booting out of MacOS, I had sometimes problems when enabling DMA. No Problems when starting Linux at Boot-time.
Do I need to download a specific inst32 file? If so, what is the link? There is no link for this on that bug reporting page.
There's only one ins32 AFAIK.
Would there be any way to just make an install CD targeted toward the old world machines? I would do it if I knew how.
No, I don't think so. -- Machs gut | http://www.iivs.de/schwinde/buerger/tremmel/ | http://packman.links2linux.de/ Manfred | http://www.knightsoft-net.de --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-ppc+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-ppc+help@opensuse.org
