I made a program called Monolithor that (semi automatically) creates Windows installers from "intermediate binary packages" containing dependency and verison information. I came across the openSUSE RPM packages as they work fine as intermediate binary packages. The wiki page for the Windows build service seem to discuss something similar as my program. So whoever works with this might be intresested in cooperation?
