ok, then radeon.modeset=0 will have to do ;-)
No, this doesn't help. Currently you need to specify the driver yourself in xorg.conf or you get vesa driver by default on ATI/NVIDIA. :-(
You got me wrong: I cannot use KMS on current factory, no Xorg:X11 packages involved ;-)
So should radeon KMS be disabled again? - -Jeff - -- Jeff Mahoney SUSE Labs -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.14 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with SUSE - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAkuo+bAACgkQLPWxlyuTD7JCCQCcC22r+4eGhgwYAp2/+uU26xeM KlMAn0fBe1J7eeduQwOm2pQphEYmjrSm =p97L -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
