Those processes are new, but I have seen similar problems since years, with gnome or xfce not closing all the internal processes on logout. I have a small script to kill them myself.
If this is oS 13.1 it is a known problem. In that case you might use systemd-210 from Base:System:Legacy instead.
Werner i'm using Tumbleweed which I upgrade to from 13.2. - is there a bug number associated with it i can update with my issue?
